Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without specifying any reasons, if the products does come under the right of withdrawl. Excluded from withdrawl pursuant to Section 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG (Distance and Foreign Trade Act) are definitely products that are manufactured according to customer specifications and/or are clearly tailored to your personal needs. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.

that you have decided to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, email or fax). You may use the attached pro forma cancellation notice for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, you simply need to send us notice that you are exercising your right of revocation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of rescinding your order

If you choose to withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you without delay, including shipping costs (except for additional costs arising in the event of selecting a method of shipping different from the most cost-efficient standard delivery offered by us), no later than fourteen days from the date on which we have received the notice of withdrawal from this contract. The refund shall be issued via the same payment method that you provided for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee to process this refund.

If you have already asked for service to begin during the period prior to your revocation, you will have to pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the service already provided up to the date on which you notified us that you were exercising your right to withdraw from this contract, prorated to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

We can decline the refund until all goods have been returned or you produe a tracking number. We reccomend you send items insured and with tracking, as you will be responsible items reach us. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs returning your items to us. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact me as soon as possible. I am unable to guarantee that a free cancellation is possible, but I will do my best.

NOTE ABOUT HANDMADE

All of my original art prints are handmade, no two prints are alike. Please note that each print displays a unique characteristics, colors and details will be varying from print to print. This gives extra character to your prints and is actually what I love most about them.

I do my best to make sure that each print is carefully monitored for imperfections with only the best prints being accepted to my store. I try to describe and photograph the prints as as accurately as possible, however, please understand, that each piece is unique and will vary slightly. Also colors might look different in real life than on you computer screen.
